The ultrasonic transducer box is not welded to the tank, making it easily removable and portable for service and maintenance. The immersible ultrasonic transducer box can be mounted on the bottom part or on the sides of the cleaning tank. Thus, it converts an existing tank into ultrasonic cleaner. However, in the case of the bottom-mounted box, the foreign particles or debris may settle on top of the box, thus reducing the sonication effect.

Can I retrofit an existing tank with immersible transducers instead of buying a new machine?
Yes, this is the main use case for immersible transducers. If you already have a tank that isn't ultrasonic, submersible transducer boxes can be added to it, avoiding the cost of replacing the whole system.
Can the system be customised to our tank and process?
Yes. Tank dimensions, operating frequency, generator power, heating, filtration and automation are all configurable. Share your part, the contaminant and your target cycle time and we will size a machine around it.
Where are immersible transducers mounted inside a tank?
They are fixed to the side walls or the base of the tank, depending on the shape of the parts and how the tank is loaded. Side mounting suits deep tanks and long components, while bottom mounting gives even coverage for flat trays and baskets.
