How does ultrasonic cleaning work?
Ultrasonic cleaning uses high-frequency sound waves passed through a liquid to create millions of tiny vacuum bubbles, a process called cavitation. When these bubbles collapse against a submerged part, they release a burst of energy that lifts away dirt, grease, oxidation and other residue, including from recesses and internal surfaces a manual wash can't reach.
What contaminants can ultrasonic cleaning remove?
Ultrasonic cleaning is effective against oils and greases, cutting and polishing compounds, carbon deposits, oxidation and light rust, dust and particulate, and many biological residues, depending on the cleaning solution used alongside it.
Is ultrasonic cleaning safe for delicate components?
