What does a multi-stage ultrasonic cleaning system do?
A multi-stage system moves parts through separate tanks in sequence, typically ultrasonic wash, rinse and dry, so degreasing, rinsing and drying happen in one controlled cycle instead of three separate manual steps.
Can the number of stages be configured to our process?
Yes. Tank count, tank dimensions, operating frequency, heating, filtration and part transfer are all configurable. Share your part, the contaminant and your target cycle time and we will size a system around it.
Can parts be moved between stages automatically?
They can. Transfer between the wash, rinse and dry stages can be manual with baskets, or automated with a transfer mechanism so the operator only loads and unloads. Which one suits you depends on batch size and cycle time.
